What is it like being in the Permanent Makeup World?

Many People ask me why I started doing semi permanent makeup and do I enjoy it? Here's My Story!. On my last year of school I was lucky enough to get a place in the hair and beauty college while taking up my GCSE's which meant when I left school, not only did I leave with gcses, I left with a qualification in hair and beauty which then of course boosted me to continue the career path. Cutting a long story short, after working in salons, doing mobile beauty and taking out private courses to build my career, I opened my first salon at the age of 23!. At 24 I seen the semi permanent makeup world, and at first it was advertised as a natural enhancement of makeup for those who suffer from alopecia or loose their natural hairs on their brows due to chemo theraphy. I thought it was such a rewarding career and i knew it was something i wanted to do. So i took out a private course and since then WOW it picked up. I HAVE DONE 1000S of brows and of course I then progressed onto the lips and eyeliner which i have also done 100s off. Not only is it now for medical reasons, its for natural beauty. It is a great feeling to be able to give someone that amazing makeup look that doesn't wipe away. we have all heard of the phase 'WAKE UP WITH MAKEUP' and thats exactly what happens. So the moral of this blog. If you find something interesting, do it! from that school girl taking out a hair and beauty course - to 14 years later. I now don't feel like im working. and I now share my knowledge and train people the same way i got trained and hoping to continue someones elses career path like i did my own ;)
